Q: Do you offer refunds?
A: Yes, returns for store credit will be processed free of charge, while returns for a refund to your original payment method (i.e. credit card, PayPal) will require a handling & processing fee of $5.99.
Q: How do I use my store credit?
A: The store credit will come in a code which you enter at the final page of checkout. Store credit does not cover shipping charges and is a one time use credit so you will need to make sure your order is of equal or greater value to use the full amount.
Q: How many days do I have to return my item?
A: Returns will be accepted 30 days from receipt. Any returns received after this period will not be processed and will be shipped back to you.
Q: Can I change something on my order?
A: If you need to change or cancel your order, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org immediately. We generally process orders within 3-6 hours, and once our warehouse has processed your order, we will be unable to make any changes.
Q: Can I add another item to my order after I place my order?
A: If you have already placed your order you will not be able to make changes. Please make a new order and contact us and we will waive the shipping charges.
Q: Can I return or exchange items that were purchased on sale?
A: All items purchased on sale or marked down cannot be returned or exchanged. Please, refer to our return policy.
Q: Why was my order canceled?
A: Due to an unforeseen event, the item you ordered suddenly became out of stock and is no longer available. We promise these cases are rare. However, if an item in your order does become unavailable, you will be contacted within 24 to 48 hours about the cancellation. If your order contains additional items, these items will still be shipped to you and the unavailable item will be removed from your order.
